Today we had our last celebration meeting where all of our KS2 book club children met to discuss the different books they have read this year. They spoke about how they have enjoyed reading the same books as others so they can discuss them and we shared a doughnut to celebrate! https://t.co/7Iemth66QT
A group of children from KS2 took part in a Lawn Bowls tournament at Kings Garden this morning. The scoring was based on individual performances & then points were added together resulting in a fabulous result by the Churchtown team, finishing the morning with a gold medal! https://t.co/1fwmIjFavl
Year 5 look positively miserable, however they had a fantastic Victorian day this week. They have been writing on chalk boards, performing a 'drill' and only a few were ordered to stand in the corner and wear the Dunce's cap! https://t.co/RR1bWw9Edn
The children all had a wonderful time this week participating in our Summer fair activities on the school field! The children dressed up in their own clothes, while playing higher or lower, hook a duck, splat the rat any more games! https://t.co/EEGjOmMIZy
Year 5 really enjoyed their visit to Stanley High School on Wednesday. They took part in Drama, P.E, Maths, Science and Food Technology lessons! https://t.co/WDbCk1kWlm
