Highly Commended - GULP

Thanks to Year 5 Sports Ambassadors, Churchtown were highly commended in the 2016-2017 GULP (Give Up Loving Pop) Campaign – which resulted in a cheque being awarded for £250!!  The children worked hard to raise the profile of the GULP campaign and created a comedic, yet informative video, which helped to raise awareness of the health harms associated with over consumption of sugary drinks. This is a huge achievement for the school and the children.  We look forward to seeing more of their excellent work in their final year with us.
