School Uniform
Uniform is worn at Churchtown Primary to develop a sense of pride in being a member of Churchtown Primary School Community.
Children can wear summer uniform or winter uniform in September but Winter uniform starts officially after half term, please ensure that all white shirts are tucked in.

In Reception

In Nursery

Black or navy trainer style shoes suitable for P.E. and outdoor play.

Hair
All shoulder length/long hair must be tied back using a navy, black or yellow hair band, scrunchie, bobble or small bow .
Jewellery
If your child has pierced ears, small studs are permitted. Studs must be removed by the child for PE or will be covered with a plaster during the lessons. Children who wear watches must take full responsibility for them. No other jewellery must be worn to school.
Summer Uniform
Grey shorts with yellow, plain or logo polo shirts.
Yellow and white gingham dress or
Grey skirt with yellow, plain or logo polo shirts and white socks
PE Uniform is one kit in one bag.
They will bring it in on a Monday & take it home on a Friday
In their bag there should be
White, plain or logo t-shirt or polo shirts, navy blue PE shorts, black plimsoles
Field Kit
Navy or black tracksuit, white t-shirt or polo shirt ( same shirt as above) and trainers,
For Reception
this will be slightly different in that they will come into school on Field days ( Fridays) in their Field kit and keep a PE kit in school.
For Year One
They need to bring in to school their PE kit with spare underwear and socks and come in wearing their field kit on field days ( Mondays) - this will only be for the first term (up until Christmas).
After Christmas children are to bring their whole kit as above with spare underwear and socks and get changed in school.
